MGD explained our issue thoroughly and were very efficient in the repairs. After they finished the work you couldn’t even tell they had been here except we no longer had a leak.

Noticed a slow leak at the main entrance after shutoff valve. Called MGD plumbing around noon and Brandon showed up at my door around 3:00 this afternoon! Couldn’t ask for a faster response than that, especially on a Friday. Brandon quickly determined to he problem, clearly explained the solution and the price of replacing the shutoff valve, and then quickly got to work. Total job including re-pressurizing the lines took about an hour and a half. I except for the brand new shiny valve, you would have never known Brandon was here. Little expensive considering the emergency call, but worth the peace of mind knowing that I’m not going to have a valve failure and water damage to my condo or my neighbors. Highly recommend MGD Plumbing!

Unreliable they will leave you hanging I made an appointment with Tristan to come look at the work he stated he could do the work gave us a price we shook hands and made appointment 9:00 am Monday For the following week. The morning that the work was scheduled to be done Tristan text an hour before he was scheduled to be there that he could not do the work . I told him I had four people there that I was paying because he told me he would be there. I informed him it cost me $1200 and that they should contribute ….his words were that’s not gonna happen. I asked him to have the owner call me he said he’s the service manager and it is what it is .

If I can choose more then 5⭐️ I was gonna do it what a great service professional and beyond and honest in this days hard to find honesty in service people but this company MGD PLUMBING are absolutely the best in the area call them and they show up right away

I chose this company because of the good reviews, the work was good, employees were good, the system that was installed is not quite adequate for the water problem at hand, the final cost was more than the original quote, the wait time was lengthy, plumber did not have everything needed to complete the job, more items are needed to make the water problem correct which I am going to do myself. Not trying to push anyone away just saying.

I cannot be happier with the professionalism and level of service received by MGD Plumbing. They worked with our condo association to install Wi-FI Water Shutoff valves for owners that wanted to provide a higher level of protection against potential leaks. MGD was easy to contract with, performed the work quickly and efficiently and the installation itself is of high quality (picture attached). I would highly recommend them!

Based on Google reviews, I hired MGD yo fix my garbage disposal system that died. Tristan, a 4th generation plumber in their family company provided excellent and honest service. He said the system was just stuck from dried up residue and showed me how to unclog it and reset the system. Given my ignorance of the issue, he could issue the system needed replacement, which I was in no position to question, but he was honest and just charged me $87 for the call instead of over $400 for the replacement of the system. It is reassuring that there are service providers that are efficient but more importantly, honest and trustworthy. Highly recommended!

Communication was excellent throughout. Viktor was timely and supportive on all administrative, contract and insurance matters and Tristan was outstanding with initial property visit/survey, estimating and installation/work completion. Scheduling was timely. Work was well planned and well executed. Tristan’s suggestions were thoughtful and cost effective. This is a no nonsense get it done team. I highly recommend this MGD especially Tristan and will hire them again for all of our plumbing needs.

George was professional and responsive from the initial planning of a complete small bathroom remodel to the final sign off. He was always available to answer calls and texts about specific details. He supervised all the workmen including painters and tile installers. He made sure that the work happened around my schedule during the early COVID outbreak.

George set me up with great vendors for the plumbing fixtures, tile and flooring. He helped me figure out the best use of the space in a small bathroom.

The price was reasonable and did not change even with the delivery challenges caused by COVID.

MGD Plumbing is fair, responsive, easy to work with and they do a great job.
